Management of Arrivals, Departures, and Parking

We guarantee maximum flexibility to make check-in and check-out as easy as possible during your trip.

  • Check-in Times and Garage Availability
    The apartment is available starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive in Andalo before this time, you are welcome to use our covered garage immediately and freely, taking the opportunity to take an initial stroll through the town center or the surrounding area.
  • Check-out times
    On the day of departure, please return the keys and vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM, so that we can sanitize the property for the next guests.

Deposit, sales, and services included in the price

Our prices are clear, transparent, and include all the essential services you need for a worry-free vacation.

  • Reservation Confirmation and Deposit
    Once the accommodation has been confirmed, the booking is finalized by sending the agreed-upon deposit via email. For the bank transfer, simply indicate the full name of the person designated as the booking contact.
  • Utilities, Cleaning, and Linen Changes
    The rate includes all energy consumption and the final cleaning of the accommodation. For extended stays, we provide weekly changes of bed linens and towels. Please note that smoking is prohibited in all apartments and common areas.
  • Payment Terms and Tourist Tax
    The balance for the stay is payable on the day before departure. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), cheques, or bank transfers. The Autonomous Province of Trento tourist tax – €2.00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights) – must be added to the total; children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Terms and Conditions for Staying with Pets

We are delighted to welcome pets, ensuring a suitable environment and the utmost respect for the peace and quiet of all our guests.

  • Accommodation Types and Admission Requirements
    Pets are permitted upon prior notification at the time of requesting a quote, as they are assigned to specific types of apartments. We accept small dogs (weighing less than 10 kg) and cats, provided they are over nine months old and have an up-to-date health record.
  • Pet Policies at the Facility
    Only one pet is allowed per apartment. To ensure the peace and quiet of neighboring units and to guarantee safety, pets must never be left unattended inside the apartment.

Payment

Paying the balance will be completely stress-free—just remember to do it the day before you leave. You can use whatever method is most convenient for you: bank transfer, cash, checks, debit cards, or credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD). It’s no problem at all for us!

Remember that you’ll need to add the tourist tax for the Autonomous Province of Trento to the balance: it’s €2.00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 10 days). Children 14 and under, however, are exempt!
