The apartment will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier you may find it interesting to take a walk in our beautiful, while waiting. Of course, our garage will be at your complete disposal right away! On the day of departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment by 10:00.
When you receive the confirmation of apartment reservation, it is a good time to send the deposit, the one we have previously agreed via email. In the purpose of the bank transfer, remember to specify the Name and Surname with which you made the reservation, don’t forget!
In the apartment price we have included all energy consumption and final cleaning. If you opt for an extended stay we will provide you with freshly laundered bed linen and towels every weekend! We remind you that, as required by national and provincial laws, smoking is prohibited in the apartments and common areas. Better this way, right? Think about how much you will gain in health!
Payment of the balance will be absolutely stress-free, just remember to do it the day before leaving. You can use what is most convenient for you: cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD circuits). There is no problem! Remember that you must add the tourist tax of the Autonomous Province of Trento to the balance: € 2.00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 10 days). However, children up to 14 do not pay!
