The ski lifts departing from the town center
From the town center of Andalo, you have access to two very convenient departure stations for reaching the high-altitude slopes, both equipped with parking lots and ticket offices.
Andalo Doss Pelà Gondola
The town’s main lift departs from Via Rindole. This modern 8-person gondola quickly takes you up to an elevation of 1,440 meters. From this mid-station, you can start skiing down toward the valley right away, or take the adjacent Albi de Mez chairlift to continue your ascent toward the summit of Cima Paganella.
Laghet Prati di Gaggia Gondola
Located in the sports area adjacent to the Andalo Life resort, this gondola takes you to an elevation of 1,333 meters. The arrival station opens onto a flat, sunny area—perfect for families—from which you can reach the mountain hut or access intermediate-level slopes directly.
Slopes Available, Categorized by Skill Level
The ski area map features 50 kilometers of trails. Here’s exactly where to head based on your skill level or that of your children.
- Beginner Areas for Taking Your First Steps
The very first lessons take place in the Laghet and Rindolebeginner areas, located right at the valley floor and equipped with convenient moving walkways. As you ascend by gondola, the Prati di Gaggia area offers very gentle, wide blue runs that are perfect for getting comfortable on the snow.
- Red runs for intermediate skiers and snowboarders
The high-altitude mountain huts are surrounded by beautiful red runs. The Salare and Sant’Antonio runs, along with the Doss Pelà variants, guarantee smooth, fun turns—ideal for perfecting your technique while admiring the view of the Brenta Dolomites.
- Technical runs for expert skiers
Cima Paganella is the starting point for the most challenging runs. The Olimpionica 2 run offers an exhilarating, steep technical wall, while the famous Nuvola Rossa provides a long, rewarding, and highly scenic descent all the way back down to the village.
