Extending your day on the slopes under the stars is a unique experience during your vacation. The Paganella Plateau offers a perfectly lit run served by a high-speed lift accessible directly from the village. Here are the details to help you plan your evening run.
The ski lift dedicated to evening operations
To access the illuminated run, simply head to the center of Andalo using the same lift that operates during the day.
- Andalo Doss Pelà Gondola
The main lift, located on Via Rindole, reopens its turnstiles specifically for evening skiing. The comfortable 8-person gondola ensures a quick ascent sheltered from the cold, taking you comfortably to the mid-station at an elevation of 1,440 meters.
- Days and Hours of Operation
The night service runs twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. Rides begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue until 10:30 p.m., allowing you to enjoy a good three hours of moonlit skiing.
The Cacciatori Trail and the Dosson Mountain Hut for Dinner
The evening experience combines physical activity with the pleasure of fine dining at high altitude, making for a complete and satisfying evening.
- Features of the Cacciatori 1 Run
From the mid-station of the lift, you’ll descend along this beautiful red run, which is about three kilometers long and suitable for intermediate skiers. Powerful floodlights illuminate the entire slope as bright as day, while the natural drop in temperature keeps the snowpack compact, fast, and smooth.
- Refreshments at the Dosson Mountain Hut
Right at the top station of the gondola, you’ll find this cozy wooden hut, which is always open during night skiing hours. Stopping to enjoy a hot, traditional Trentino dish or sip a steaming hot drink transforms your workout into a moment of pure conviviality, overlooking the lights of the village in the valley below.
